How to purchase

Products are purchased by accessing and registering on the website https://www.sermulher.eu . A description of each product containing its main features is available on the website. All information supporting purchases is intended as general information only.

It is understood that the image accompanying the product description may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color, size, and accessory products shown in the figure.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by the Seller via an automatic email response, sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration. This confirmation message will contain an “order number,” which should be used for any further communication with the company. The message will contain all the information entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly communicate any corrections.

Payment Methods

After completing your order, during checkout, you can choose your preferred payment method: PayPal, credit card, MB Way, cash on delivery, or bank transfer.

In the case of bank transfer, after completing the order, the seller will send a confirmation email with the order details and bank details.

All prices on the site include VAT.

Delivery methods

Orders will be processed within 48 business hours and entrusted to an express courier. A tracking number will be sent via email so you can track your package until delivery.

Upon delivery of the product, any consumer who has reason to believe the package was damaged during transport must refuse delivery or accept it with express reservations. Any anomalies must be reported by email to info@sermulher.eu within 48 business hours.

Right of withdrawal

The online customer acting as a consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for by Articles 64–67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code.

The consumer has the right, within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal, consisting of the possibility of returning the products received and obtaining a refund of the price paid excluding shipping costs.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the consumer. The right of withdrawal is entirely forfeited if the returned product is not intact.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send, within 7 calendar days of receiving the purchased product, a communication clearly expressing your desire to withdraw from the purchase contract.

This communication must be sent by email to info@sermulher.eu.

The consumer must then arrange for the product to be shipped using a courier of their choice (if possible in the original packaging and, in any case, always carefully packaged).

The consumer must make this shipment within 7 working days from the date on which he sent the communication of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

The Seller will refund the entire purchase amount, excluding delivery costs, which are always the responsibility of the buyer, by credit card reversal or by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the consumer.

Order cancellation request

The purchase order can be cancelled in its entirety if, at the time of the cancellation request, the order has not already been entrusted to the courier.

If the product has already been entrusted to the courier at the time of the cancellation request, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to the Seller.

Charme Hair srl’s online customers, acting as consumers, have the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for by Articles 64–67 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, known as the Consumer Code. This right allows the consumer to return purchased products and obtain a refund of the price paid, without penalty and without having to specify the reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the products.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

• The consumer must send, within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, a written communication clearly stating their intention to withdraw from the purchase contract. This communication must be sent by email to info@sermulher.eu.
• The consumer must then arrange for the product to be shipped, using a courier of their choice, within 7 working days of the date the withdrawal notice was sent. The product must be returned, if possible, in its original packaging and carefully packaged.
• The costs of returning the product are borne by the consumer.
• The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the returned product is not intact.

• The purchase order can be cancelled in its entirety if, at the time of the cancellation request, the order has not already been entrusted to the courier.
• If the product has already been entrusted to the courier at the time of the cancellation request, the consumer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods to the Seller.
